Set up your Integration

Configure Freshdesk:

  1. Find your API key in Freshdesk
  2. Identify your Freshdesk domain URL. For example, rivit.freshdesk.com. You can find this by looking at the URL you are on while in your Freshdesk account.
  3. Navigate to the Integrations tab on the left sidebar in Rivit.
  4. Click 'Connect to Freshdesk' and add your API key and URL.

Collecting Freshdesk Tickets:

  1. Navigate to the 'Workflows' section of your Rivit app.
  2. Select the 'Create Form' action.
  3. Add an email field and set it to required.
  4. Add any other field you'd like to collect in your Freshdesk ticket.
  5. Select 'Add New' at the top of the form next to 'Collect forms with' and select Freshdesk.

About the Integration

1. Automatically sync Freshdesk help docs with Rivit.

2. Send tickets submitted in Rivit to Freshdesk automatically.
